AMICABLE SETTLEMENT/COMPROMISE

AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, CRESINCIO G. AGEAS, JR., Filipino, of legal age, married, and a
resident of Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, known as the FIRST PARTY, and
BIMBO M. NANO, Filipino of legal age, married, and a resident of Sto.
Tomas, Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte, known as the SECOND PARTY, most
respectfully submit the following amicable settlement/compromise agreement:

Whereas, the FIRST PARTY, is the representative of his injured mother

CORAZON G. AGEAS;

Whereas, SECOND PARTY, is the driver of a single black Honda XRM

motorcycle with plate no. 1459-JP;

Whereas, on April 9, 2016, Saturday, at around 8:00pm in Barangay

Poblacion North, Polanco, National Highway, the SECOND PARTY together with
the backrider named Jhandy D. Gantiao, was travelling towards east
direction, while CORAZON G. AGEAS crossing the said road from the church of
Iglesia Ni Cristo walked across towards the other side of the road;

Whereas, CORAZON G. AGEAS upon reaching the second lane was accidentally
hit by the said motorcycle causing bruises over her body and head.;

Whereas, said motorcycle was temporarily impounded in Poblacion North,

Polanco Police Station;

Whereas, both parties have now come to voluntarily settle the matter
thru amicable settlement;

Whereas, the SECOND PARTY has already shouldered all the medical
expenses in favor of CORAZON G. AGEAS.

That both parties by these presents hereby bind themselves to comply

with the foregoing covenant.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this 15th day of
April 2016 at Dipolog City, Philippines.
