Andalucia Bank is not liable because the bank’s obligation is only to the creditor which is
Ms. Abcde Efgehi who deposit and no to third persons which is Ms. Jaklymno Pequir, if there is
a court order or garnishment Ms. Jaklymno Pequir will be able the money deposited belongs to
her.

2. Esteuvew Ekswayze deposits in Kayamanan Bank. Kayamanan Bank loans out money to Mr.
Esteuvew.
If Mr. Esteuvew defaults in payment, can Kayamanan Bank off of the deposits in its hands for
the payment of Mr. Esteuve indebtedness? Justify you answer.
Yes, because Kayamanan Bank shall have a right to discharge deposits for payment by a
depositor with any indebtedness on it.
