ivaYaya:- MMLPV – Allocation of duties and responsibilities to Technical

staff – Reg.
The duties and responsibilities assigned to the staff at MMLP-VSKP shall be as under:

 AMC Execution, Montoring, Renewals of AMC and Procurement of
Spares of Electrical installations of terminal, Electronic Inmotion
Weighbridges, Road Weigh bridges, Generators - (5 nos), Water
Supply system of terminal, Civil related works, Wagons, shutters, Air
conditioners, CCTVs, Reachstackers - (4Nos), Diesel requirement of
CONCOR owned and (LOCO) Leased equipments, RO plant,
Container Repairs, Break down attending of equipments. Damage
Addl,Officer- container reapirs at Adhoc locations.
1 Anil Prasad  Preparation of Electrcity Bills of terminal users and keep record.
(Tech)
 Cooridnate, montoring and assit the Techincial Staffs and Yard
Cordinator for Daily and preventive maintenece of Reach Stackers.
 Processing of related Bills and Records maintaining.
 Safety & Fire protection of the terminal.
 As a SSID member of terminal to cordinate with SSID Committee.
 Any other work assigned by GM/VSKP.

 Reach Stackers
 Supply of spare parts during break down/Maintence /HSD
arrangement and data feeding of daily activities in
ETMS/Maximo.
 Daily arrangement/inspection of the HSD for Reach Stackers,
Diesel LOCO, and Generators and records maintaining and also
entry in to the Maximo and ETMS.
 Round the Clock inspection of maintenance/Operation activites
of O & M contractor of Reach stackers. Guide to operator
Asst.Officer regarding safety related operations and safety checks of
2 Jai Deep Equipments during maintenance and aovid
(Tech)
Mishandling/Mishappening with Reachstackers
 Record keeping of stores like inventory, Material Requisation
Forms, consumption reports, indents, ROQ, ROL and store
issuing /Receiving materials.
 Supply of spare parts during the breakdown and also if the
spare part is not available in the store arrange from local
market.
 Failure anlysis and case study for each and every break down in
the prescribed format.
 Any other work assigned by GM/VSKP.
3 G.Bhupathi Sr,Executive  Execution of AMC of RO Plant, Shutters, Container Repair System.
Rao -(Tech)  Montoring and repairs of Water Supply system to terminal, Refilling
 of Fire extinguishers and Aircodtioners repairs.
 DSO Container Repairs, Pre & Post Repair Verfications, Approvals of
Container Repairs,
 Intimations to Orginating Stations about arrival of damage
containers at MMLP.
 Census of Domestic Containers, Montoring of damage containers at
Adhoc locations.
 Updation of damage containers in CRS (Container Repair Sustem) at
MMLP and adhoc locations.
 Bills pertaining to above work processing of bills.
 Maintaining records of the above work.
 Reach stacker related works.
 Any other works assigned by GM/VSKP
 Procurement of Spare parts required for Reach Stackers.
 Daily arrangement/inspection of the HSD for Reach Stackers, Diesel
LOCO, and Generators and records maintaining and also entry in to
the Maximo and ETMS.

 Delivered /Issued items for Reach stackers entered in Maximo

System.
 Supply of spare parts during the breakdown and also if the spare

 Delivered /Issued items for Reach stackers, LOC, entered in Maximo
System.
 To attend technical issues/Break down of terminal equipments.
 Record keeping of stores like inventory, consumption reports, ROQ,
RO and store issuing /receiving materials.
 Any other work assigned by GM/VSKP.

It is instructed to conduct an internal audit by technical team MMLP on every Tuesday last week
of the month, to ensure perfect maintenance of records, stock, procurements, issues and
delivery in ETMS and Maximo.Any descrepencies to be brought to My notice.
The above shall come into force with immediate effect.
