SELF-DEVELOPMENT SKILLS ACQUIRED

Leadership

- As a leader, I lead the group in building the project and this activity helps me to
improve my skills through coaching and managing things to my work group and
community people.

Responsibility

- I developed myself as a responsible person in every decision that I made with my

project “Construction of Purok with Garbage Disposal“ I presumed that after this
project, the community should have their own Purok and a Garbage Disposal for
them to have a clean environment.

Time Management

- In this activity, it is important to equalize my time in doing the project and my

school works.

Teamwork

- In building the project, teamwork is really important. That’s why my work group
and I really did our best to participate and help each other so that the project can
be done early.

Independence

- I learned to do things without a hand of my parents. I did able to talk to the

barangay officials and people in the community.
SPIRITUAL READINGS AND APPLICATION

 Philippians 4:13; I can do all things through Christ which strengthen me.

With the trust in Allah, nothing is impossible. I know I can do things possibly with
His help and through His strength. Allah has a plan, and also, He has a will for us. I
know with the help of Him, I can finish the project with my work group and the
community.

 Psalm 29:4; The voice of the LORD is powerful, the voice of the LORD is
majestic.

Allah provided us with help in our challenges. Allah is there to hold our hand and
encourage us. He leads the Malaykat (Angels). Malaykat (Angels) are always there to
help us more when we ask them to. Ask.

 Proverbs 3: 5–6; With all your heart, you must trust the Lord and not your own
judgment. Always let Him lead you, and he will clear the road for you to follow.

Allah’s ways always lead us to the truth. Sometimes we fear to follow Allah
because we thought His ways are difficult. All these things happen because we do not
give our full trust to Allah. He is calling us to offer our heart to Him. This means making
His wills, our will. By praying, we can ask the grace to follow Allah and wholeheartedly
accept his will and leading.

 Psalm 119:105; Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.

Allah has a plan for us. Let Him lead us to success. In every single thing we do,
we must ask His guidance. If we pray, we gain righteousness. Let Allah be a part of our
success because if we believe in Him, nothing is impossible.

 2 Corinthians 4:15; All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching
more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.

Do not forget to thank Allah because He gave us life and make all things
possible. Thank Him for all your blessings. Thank Him for your success, for everyday life
and for everything.
