BES HNS Honors’ Society First Informal Organizational Meeting

On September 27, 2019, just a month after its formal organization in August as a
registered student organization in the University of the East Caloocan, the BES HNS Honors’
Society with its founding members and officers officially meet for the first time since its
establishment the BES HNS Foundation Inc. Board of Trustees at the Dine n Play Café.

Brod Lamberto Tagayuna, together with Brods Mars Morales, Mario Quinsaat, Rod
Legaspi, Oscar Jornacion and Sis Evelyn Yoro, shared their inspiring stories and memories
about the organization, and how these experiences helped them achieve their dreams. This
instance immediately brightened the mood and motivated the new members to strive harder
towards their dreams. The founding officers and members also took the opportunity to introduce
theirselves to the senior brods and sis, and present their plans and programs for the year as well.
These however are not the only highlights of the event, as Brod Oscar Jornacion asked three
questions and rewarded the winners Php10,000 each, provided they answer the questions
correctly.

The short informal organizational meeting ended with a small get to know each other and
a promise to organize a workshop in Brod OJ’s house in Bacnotan. It is a small event but it
paved the way to a brighter future for the Sigmans and Hiyas of University of the East Caloocan.
