I was associated with DEUTSCHE BANK as Executive-HR from August 2007 till
June 2010.

Job Summary

Responsible for Designing, administrating & managing; On-boarding, Training &


Development activities.

Job responsibility included -

Administration of all learning activities and provision of administrative support


including:

 Worked closely with the development team to understand the training requirements
from various departments and designing the trainings.

 Conducting Induction programs and providing information.

 Handling queries and requests of learners such as providing learner access to db

sourcing, short listing by conducting various rounds of interviews, selection and was

also involved in post offer activities.
