Factors of Personal Development

Persons are said to be by-products of several

interacting and interconnected factors. These
include the environment (both physical and social)
and other relatively stable factors where individuals
have less control of, such as; heredity, experiences,
culture, and for a less scientific but prevalent view,
fate. All these factors contribute significantly to
what we are and who we are right now, and it’s
quite difficult to come.

1. Social Factor
2. Hereditary Factor
3. Person-Volition Factor
