TRANSITION TO College

STEP 5:
Apply for the DSP&S Program
• Log in to your student portal with your single sign-on (see step 2).
• Visit AIM and complete the TTC-DSP&S application for services.
• You can also access the TTC-DSP&S application here.
• You will be prompted to upload a copy of your disability verification,
which may include the most recent high school IEP/Psych report, 504
APPLYING TO DSP&S plan, and/or any medical verification that is related to your disability.
DSP&S Transition to College (TTC) program provides outreach and support
to local high school seniors receiving academic accommodations through STEP 6:

Application/Student Login
Instructions for SCCCD Students
To apply, go to scccd.edu/apply and click on the link for the college where you plan to enroll

• Scroll down and click on the CCCApply link. If you do not have an OpenCCC account, click on "Create an
Account" and follow the steps to create an account.
• Once you have created your OpenCCC account, click on the "Start New Application" link. Select the term
you are applying for and complete the application process, making sure to check that each section is
complete before you press "Submit".
• After you have submitted your application, you will receive two emails to the personal email address you
provided: the first from CCCapply confirming your account/application, and the second from SCCCD with
your student ID number. It may take up to two business days to process your application.
• Once your application has been processed and you have received your student ID number by email, all
future emails will be sent to your SCCCD email. See below for instructions on how to use your ID number
to log in to your student portal, which gives you access to your email, WebAdvisor, Canvas, and more.
