    SUSPENSION OF CLASS DUE TO TYPHOON TISOY

    TO: SDRRM Coordinator

    Non – Teaching Personnel

    1. In accordance with the announcement from Hon. Mayor Carlo Martinez on


    the discretion of the school on the suspension of class due to typhoon
    Tisoy, classes will be suspended tomorrow, December 2, 2019

    2. This serve as pre – emptive measures as Typhoon Tisoy which carries


    with it maximum sustained winds of 120 kilometers per hour (kph) near the
    center and gustiness of 150 kph and our area is one of the affected area
    of the said typhoon.

    3. All teachers must check all necessary precautions for their pupils and
    keep important files as needed. Surrender your classroom duplicate key to
    the office in case the school will be used for evacuation center.

    4. SDRRM Coordinator will monitor the status of the school and keep in
    touch with the Division DRRM Coordinator and CDRRM at all time

    5. Immediate dissemination and compliance to this memorandum is desired.
