more particularly described as follows, to wit:

That the VENDOR does hereby warrant legal title and peaceful possession of the
property herein sold and conveyed, and will defend the same unto said VENDEE, his heirs and
assigns against the lawful claims of other persons whomsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our signatures
