INTERVIEW
1. What is interview?
An interview is a form of structured communication by two or more people, either directly
or remotely, to discuss and seek certain information in order to achieve certain goals.

2. What is the function of interview?


 Avoiding misinformation / confusing data.
 Information / data from the interview results is a complement to the initial information.
 Obtain comprehensive, accurate, honest and in-depth information.
 Obtain objective and balanced information and data.
 Exploring the possibility of a new perspective on a problem.

3. When we use interview?


Interviews are used when we want to test the correctness and stability of the data obtained
by asking some questions to informants, when we need information.

4. How to use the interview?


Interviews are conducted by conveying a number of questions from the interviewer to the
source in a good and clear manner. The interview was carried out in several stages, namely
the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the interview result preparation stage.

5. What is the generic structure of interview?


The interview has a structure, namely the beginning of the interview, middle, middle, and
closing, follow-up. Initial interview interviews and orientation interviews about what will be
discussed, conducted, and interviewed in the interview. The interview has a structure:
 Beginning (opening, beginning)
 Middle (middle, body)
 Closing (end, closing)
 Follow-up interview (follow-up)

6. What is the language feature of interview?


 Use polite and clear language so that it is easy to understand.
 Questions according to the theme.
 Use question words
 Structured sentences
 Use a good intonation, and don't be too quick when giving and receiving questions or
statements.
