Recently we engaged with a leading regional food manufacturing company that has seen

Odoo Business Process Management

The company had evaluated over half a dozen business systems and chose Odoo

During the workshop, we went through the processes and adjusted some critical
workflows and settings in Odoo to re-engineer these processes. Utilizing Odoo’s rule-
based process implementation helped to optimize workflows by preventing inaccurate
or neglected steps within the various workflows. This reduced overall processing time
and improved quality.

As a result of the business process redesign, the company was able to pinpoint with
certainty which processes were highly profitable and where adjustments were needed
to avoid losing money. Additionally, the organization decided to integrate some of their
existing peripheral systems into Odoo to automate barcode scanning, employee time
capture, and delivery fleet tracking.
