Magknight 787 advanced checklist (everything you need to know)

PREFLIGHT/ MUST:

 Open doors and ground handling if required.

 Turn on battery (underneath electrical)

 Go to the EFB, power that, then connect the 3 GPU.

 Click FWD L/R EXT power, those come on to connect to ground power.

 Cabin utility can come on both switches)

 Click left and right IRS’s – wait for those to align.

 Position lights to steady/ any lights required.

 Verify temperature outside and start up APU, hold 3 seconds. APU next to BATTERY.

 On APU and disconnect EXTERNAL power, turn on bleed air and packs.

 Turn on window heat.

FMC & EFB & VATSIM/ MUST

ROUTE PAGE Enter routing, coroute, flight no, enter sids
and stars, verify legs no route discon and
 step through legs on fltplan page.
IF ONLINE/VATSIM File flight plan, request IFR clearance and
change SIDS/ROUTE if required for vatsim.
GO TO EFB Complete terminal charts, complete weight
and balance, enter passenger amount
(divide into 3) THEN enter total fuel from
simbrief and landing fuel press complete.
EFB performance takeoff Enter wind conditions,
runway,condition, wind, ENTER QNH,
enter RTG, ATM 45, then FLAPS. Press
calc/complete.
Enter VR speeds plus 15 Enter RW heading
Close doors/GHD Get ready for depature

START UP – MUST

 Pushback and hit startup on number 2 overhead panel, verify it

moving then do the same for engine number 1, click idle levers
up as well
