Linux Installation

1. You put your DVD or USB in the

Computer and you click on install
Linux mint

2. you select the language

and click on continue

3. You connect to the internet network and

click on continue
4. You connected to the Internet
you check the box to install
the multimedia codecs

5. select the type of installation

 It is recommended to select the

first option to install Linux and
then you click on continue

6. You select the time zone and you

click on continue
 7. In this part you select the
keyboard layout and then
you click on continue.

8. You write your computer user

data and password, then you
click on continue

 it is advisable to use a password

safe

9. In this part you just

wait and enjoy the
slides because
Linux Mint is
installed on your
computer.
10. when the installation is finished you click on reboot now

11. Finally the computer will start the shutdown and you remove the DVD or USB
disk.

 When you reboot, your computer will show you a startup menu and you start
enjoying the operating system.
