SUBJECT: PROPOSAL FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM-LOAD SIDE ONLY
This is to submit our proposal for the above subject for your review and approval below
scope of works;
Scope Limit:
1. Installation for Load side provisions for electrical wiring and conduit only:
a. Fire pump , 1 unit, 100 hp use 22 mm2 THHN wires x 3/6 or its completion with
flexible liquid tight connector
b. Jockey pump, 1 unit, 3 Hp use 3.5 mm2 RC 3 core or its completion with flexible
liquid tight connector/rigid non metallic conduit
c. Submersible pumps (4 units), 7.5 hp use 5.5 mm2 RC 3/4 core or its completion
with flexible liquid tight connector/rigid non metallic conduit
d. Submersible pumps (2 units), 3 hp use 3.5 mm2 RC 3 core or its completion with
flexible liquid tight connector/rigid non metallic conduit
2. Tapping point of the water supply;
a. Discharge line tapping of 4 inch waterlines ;
b. Fire protection line, 6 inches-2 lines;

Total Cost for the above items -----------------------------------------------P 254,000.00

Terms: 30% downpayment and 60% progress billing and 10% retention.
Completion: One to two (1-2) weeks upon receipt of payment
