I had a very productive week because I have attended the second virtual Flag Ceremony SY
2020 – 2021 on October 12, 2020 and the flag retreat on October 16, 2020. I have discussed
the prevention, detection, and treatment of diseases affecting the circulatory and respiratory
system in Grade 9; Anatomy of earthquakes in Grade 10; and Polarity of Molecules in Grade
11 and 12. Also, I have learned how to manage my time in dealing with my students’
inquiries, post some learning tasks, and preparing for the online class discussion. I also
started asking my students to do a journal but instead of writing it in paragraph form, I asked
them to fill in the table (see the attached pictures). My challenges for this week are technical
difficulties in the students’ tablet due to system error in the knox system of their tablet and
giving instructions via Messenger. What I’ve done to deal with this situation is to ask them to
raise this concern to their adviser, try to find alternative ways for them to send their work,
and create video tutorials so the students will be guided in the activities. Below are some
pictures of this week’s activities.
