I. VIDEO GAME STORY
A. Creative Writing
Title: Spirit Princess
Genre: RPG, Fantasy
ACT 1
In the Kingdom of Alexandria,
there lived a princess named
Garnet. When she was 6 years
old, Garnet and her parents were
travelling to the sea when a huge
storm came and wrecked the ship
that they were in, leading to her
parents' death. Luckily, she
survived but caused her to have
amnesia. She was taken by her
Aunt, Queen Burmecia who has
taken over the Castle. The queen
has discovered that Garnet has
the power to summon spirits
from another world that can
destroy any city in a blink of an
eye. When Garnet turned 15, she
noticed that the queen is up to
something because she was not
allowing her to leave the castle.
GAME CONCEPT
ADVANCED GAME DESIGN
ACT 2
The Castle of Alexandria holds an annual
festival for the people to enjoy lots of
activities and watch the most famous
stage play in the whole city. During the
festival, Garnet tried to sneak out of the
castle not knowing that there is a group
of bandits who plans to kidnap her.
After Garnet left her room, she bumped
to one of the bandits called Zidane, who
was also looking for her but Zidane did
not notice that it was Garnet because
she was wearing a hooded robe while
covering her face. Garnet starts to run
because she thought that someone
might see her leaving her room. Then
Zidane realized that it was Garnet when
one of his subordinates told him that
Garnet was the only person in that
room. When the Queen found out that
Garnet was missing, she became furious
and ordered the guards to find her.
Zidane chased Garnet all over the Castle
of Alexandria while avoiding the guards
to prevent unnecessary circumstances.
When Zidane finally caught up to her,
Garnet was in tears and told him to
protect her from the Queen. One of the
guards saw Zidane and Garnet together
and told the Queen immediately.
ACT 3
The Queen got so angry that she
told Garnet of her summoning
powers and that she will use it
to conquer the world. The
Queen also told Garnet that she
was the reason for the storm
that killed Garnet's parents.
Garnet became very resentful to
the Queen after knowing the
truth about her parent’s death,
waking up her power. Garnet,
unknowing that she has the
power to control spirits,
accidentally summoned a giant
stone warrior that looked like
the Castle of Alexandria, called
Alexander. Garnet ordered
Alexander to defeat her
enemies but the Queen
escaped. After the battle,
Garnet and Zidane left
Alexandria to look for people
who will help them defeat
Queen Burmecia because they
knew that the Queen is going to
come back for revenge.

B. Journey
Find all the elemental spirits that will help the protagonist to defeat and stop the evil plan of the
antagonist.

Stage 1: Grassland
● Items to be Collected: Soul of Earth Spirit
● Target / Goals: To fight monsters and to defeat the Earth Spirit.
● Description: In this stage, player must explore the area while fighting enemies and fight
the Earth Spirit at the end of the stage.
● Obstacles: Rabbit, Grass Rat, Earth Spirit

Stage 2: Riverside
● Items to be Collected: Soul of Water Spirit
● Target / Goals: To fight monsters and to defeat the Water Spirit.
● Description: In this stage, player must explore the area while fighting enemies and fight
the Water Spirit at the end of the stage. Enemies are stronger in this stage.
● Obstacles: Giant Crab, Slime, Water Spirit.

Stage 3: Wind Castle

● Items to be Collected: Soul of Wind Spirit
● Target / Goals: To fight monsters and to defeat the Wind Spirit.
● Description: In this stage, player must explore the area while fighting enemies and fight
the Wind Spirit at the end of the stage. Enemies can only be damaged using magic.
● Obstacles: Vampire Bat, Skeleton, Wind Spirit.

Stage 4: Desert
● Items to be Collected: Soul of Fire Spirit
● Target / Goals: To fight monsters and to defeat the Fire Spirit.
● Description: In this stage, player must explore the area while fighting enemies and fight
the Fire Spirit at the end of the stage. Enemies can only be damaged using physical
attack but has higher defense.
● Obstacles: Stone Giant, Desert Wolf, Fire Spirit.

Stage 5: Floating Castle

● Target / Goals: Defeat the final boss to finish the game.
● Description: In this stage, player must defeat the final boss to finish the game.
● Obstacles: Corrupted Spirits, Queen Burmecia.

III. GAME PLAY

Spirit Princess is a Role-Playing Game. It can be played using a laptop or desktop with mouse. It can
be played single and offline.

IV. RULES
● Player should kill enemies to get to the next level.
● Player should get the Spirit Soul to strengthen the main character.
● Player can only use 1 weapon.
