I would like to express my special thanks of gratitude to my subject teacher Dr.Gulaab Rai as
well as our dean Dr.Shefali yadav who gave me the wonderful opportunity to do this
assignment on ‘Interpretation of contracts’, which also helped me in doing a lot of research
and i came in knowledge with so many new things since the scope of contracts is
continuously increasing. I m really thankful to them.
