Contd..../- le’ File No.17/01/2018-A.II -2- ii) Financial upgradation will be personal to the incumbents for the stated purpose. ii) ‘The upgradation under MACP Scheme is restricted for financial and certain other benefits (HBA, allotment of Govt. accommodation, advances etc). iv) It will be purely on personal basis and has no relevance to his/her seniority position, vj The pay shall be fixed under FR 22(1) (a) (1) vi) The pay fixed under MACP Scheme shalll be final and no pay fixation, benefits shall accrue at the time of regular promotion. vii) All employees while accepting the said benefits shall be deemed to have given his/ her unqualified acceptance for regular promotion on occurrences of vacancy subsequently, viii) The pay fixation done in compliance of these orders will be subject to post audit and over payments made, if any, in the form of arrears or otherwise will be recovered from the individual subsequently and in case of retired officers, the pay fixation will be subject to pre-audit.
