    Dear Sir,
    I am Ashraf Hossain (ID:04280057), Executive Microbiologist works in NIPRO JMI Company
    Ltd. Last week I was weak because of food poisoning. But I didn’t inform to HR Department.
    Because I don’t know the Protocol that if someone ill in the Dormitory, he should inform to HR
    Department.

    As my concern next time if I get ill, I will inform to the respective department.
