Caspiroleta is a popular drink in Peru. It is made up

of hot milk, eggs, cinnamon, brandy, sugar, and
some other ingredients. It is prepared by mixing all
the ingredients in a pot over low heat and is used as
a food supplement for children or sick people.

In my house there is a tradition of preparing

"caspiroleta". My grandmother usually makes it with
hot milk, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, and sugar. We don't
have an exact date to prepare it, but she usually
prepares it when my brother and I are in exam weeks,
to have energy and get good grades.
