I, LEAYZA CARREON-IYOG, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident

of Sagrada, Camino Nuevo, Zamboanga City, and the Officer-In-Charge of the
CATAYLO GROUP CORPORATION (CGC), NAME, CONSTITUTE & APPOINT,
ELFIE PAUL Y. CATAYLO, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Zamboanga
City, as our duly constituted Attorney-In-Fact, for us and in our name, place
and stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds, namely:

1. To represent, the CATAYLO GROUP CORPORATION (CGC)., before

FREEMOUNT INC.- JOLLIBEE., for the transfer of ownership of the Shares
of Stocks registered under the name our former co-owner, PAUL OLYATAC
as follows:

a. Freemount Corporation SN 004025166 dated July 1, 2000 500

shares;
b. Freemount Corporation SN 00459647 dated June 27, 2010 500
shares;
c. Freemount Corporation SN 04715935 dated July 17, 2012 400
shares;
d. Freemount Corporation 1,600 shares under Certificate number
452567 dated September 5, 2018;

2. To process the Transfer of the above mentioned shares of stocks under my

name LEAYZA CARREON-IYOG or under the name of CATAYLO GROUP
CORPORATION (CGC), whichever is practicable;

3. To sign on my behalf all documents evidencing the completion of the

transaction covered by the above-mentioned power; and

4. To transact on all matters relative to the above and perform such other
acts which may be necessary for the accomplishment of the purposes
above-mentioned.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-In-Fact full

power and authority to do and perform all and every act, requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully as to all intents and
purposes, as we might or could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that our said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to
be done under the circumstances.

2. To introduce improvements on the property and to sign documents

relating to any application for government required permits;

3. To represent me before the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the City

Assessors Office for the payment of Transfer Taxes, Real Property Taxes
and all other related transactions;

4. To transact on all matters relative to the above and perform such other
acts which may be necessary for the accomplishment of the purposes
above-mentioned.
