SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MENBY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, XYZ of legal age, Filipino, Single, and a resident of Zamboanga City, Philippines, do
hereby name, constitute and appoint my daughter ABC with address at Manila, Philippines, as my true
and lawful Attorney-in fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts
and things, to wit:

1. To get, claim, and receive for and in my behalf the SCHOOL Identification Card at the EFG
SCHOOL at Manila, Philippines.

2. To sign, execute and submit in my behalf the documents and papers necessary for the
accomplishment of the above-stated transactions;

3. To do all acts necessary for the said purposes as mentioned above.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary and proper to be done in the
exercise of any of the rights and powers herein granted, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could do if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said
Attorney-in Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this power of attorney and the
rights and powers herein granted.
