Dear Sir/Madam:

I write on behalf of my client, ____________________, with respect to the above-


captioned subject matter.

On 21 September 2018, client, requested via electronic mail for a quotation from
your company for the production of various packaging for pastry products. After a series
of communications, my client received the following quotations from you through Ms.

For your reference, copies of the above-stated price quotations are attached hereto
as Annexes “A,” “B,” and “C,” respectively.

Based on the above price quotations and inclusions, my client, through one of its
partners, Mr. ___________, issued Purchase Order No. __ dated __________ and made a
down payment in the amount of _______________ (__________), which corresponds to
fifty percent (50%) of the total purchase price, as evidenced by the Banco de Oro Cash
Deposit Slip dated ___________.

Despite your clear agreement and the down payment made by my client, you
informed my client that you will be charging additional amounts for the stamping of the
logo in gold ink on the top/cover portion of the doughnut boxes. This deviation from the
agreed product specifications and inclusions in your quotations constitutes a clear breach
of your contract, prompting my client to request for a cancellation of its purchases and for
the return of its down payment.

To date, my client’s request remains unheeded.

My client thus firmly reiterates its request for the cancellation of your contract and
for the return of its _____________ (_________) down payment as soon as possible.
This request is being made in order to avoid any inconvenience to both parties that may
arise by reason of your failure to faithfully comply with the terms of your agreement.
