Olongapo by being one of the most competing entertainment options through its various sports
offerings

Our Mission

Job Description

1) Manager
- Responsible for the overall management of the business.
- Research and evaluates new product opportunities, demand for potential products and
customer needs and insights.
- Execute marketing strategy and the execution of plans for existing products
- Trains and provide guidance to employees
2) Cashier
- Ensures that each and every customer is served in a friendly, professional and timely
manner.
- Welcoming customers, answering the customers, helping them locate items, and
providing advice or recommendations
- Accepting payments, process customer payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are
accurate.
- Responsible and attentive to customer needs.
3) Service Crew
- Prepares and serves food, provide customer service
- Has the ability to interact with customers
- Maintain the workplace neat and tidy
- Able to hand the cashier’s position
4) Cook
- Knowledgeable in terms of food
- Planning and directing food preparation
- Estimate food requirements and costs
5) Guard
- Maintains safe and secured environment for customers and the management
- Record observations
- Has the ability to interact with customers
6) Maintenance
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Handling repairs
- Check functionality of safety systems, electrical wirings, etc.

Target Market and Location

 18 – 30 y/o
 Magsaysay, Olongapo City (along the highway)
 Pub Chill is open for all however, our main target customers are those at the age of 18 –
30 years old.
 Pub Chill chose to locate our business around Magsaysay Rd. Olongapo City, where most
people used to hang out.

Advertisement

 The proponents will create a page in social media that would help their business to be
known. Also, by giving flyers that includes different features that they offer and lastly
through the word of mouth.

Sports: Table Tennis – ₱30/ hour


Billiards – ₱15/ game
Bowling – ₱50/ game
Entrance Fee: ₱50/ head

Board Games: Chess, Scrabble, Jenga, Dart

₱30 for 2 hours, additional ₱10 per hour
