Instruction for admission & joining

1. Steps for Admission confirmation (Merit List)

a) Step-1 (Fee Payment): Candidate shall pay fee online on HDFC’s QFix
Payment Portal (link is given on University website , Click on Online
Payment on www.rsuadmission.in ) by giving by form number/name. Please
note that:
 a) Candidates are required to Pay Admission Fees, Security Deposit,
Tuition Fees, Academic Facilities, and Examination Fees (During
Online Sessions).
b) This shall be treated as Provisional Confirmation of Admission.
As confirmation is subject to Physical Verification of Original
Document which was uploaded while applying. This would be
held in due course; necessary information will be conveyed to
students from University regarding the same. If the University will
find any wrong or incorrect information, University has rights to
cancel the admission at any time.
c) Payment of fees mode is online only. No cash or any offline mode
payments will be accepted.

b) Step-2 (Document Verification): Candidates shall have to come with all

original results & documents for physical document verification and fill
profile & I-card documents at Academic Section, Rashtriya Raksha
University, Lavad whenever they asked to do so.

c) Step-3 (Admission Confirmation): After payment of required fees as

mentioned in Step-1, provisional Confirmation of Admission will be given to
students subject to physical verification of Original Documents uploaded
while applying.
d) Step-4 (Hostel Enquiry): Candidates can enquire about Hostel Room from
Hostel Rector at Rashtriya Raksha University, Lavad if they are planning to
stay in Hostel after lockdown.
e) Candidates are informed to Pay requisite fees to confirm their admission
provisionally on or before 18/10/2020.

2. Joining instructions (Important):

o Due to the CORONA COVID-19 pandemic, University has decided to start

online lectures for all of this programme until the situation gets normal.
o Students whose Admission have been provisionally confirmed will be added
to online classes on Microsoft Team Platform.
o Students have to ensure necessary facilities required for attending classes
online like, Laptop, Smartphone, Data Pack, etc.
o Students have to attend each and every lecture without fail. Students can
contact the Programme Coordinator in case of any difficulty they are facing.
Contact details of Programme Coordinators will be conveyed to Student one
all formalities will be done.
o Please note, Academic Sessions will be started from 1st November, 2020
(tentative date).
