1. Notifications

1.1. Specific event and alarm messages shall be able to be configured to be sent to
nominated users via either email, SMS message, or push notifications to mobile device
application.

1.2. It shall be possible for persons receiving alarm messages to be able to acknowledge
the alarms via return email or SMS message.

1.3. It shall be possible to send notification of imminent card or competency expiry to an

individual, their manager or other nominated person.

1.4. When emailing cardholder details, it shall be possible to send an image of the
cardholder from their personal data record.

1.5. A comprehensive filtering feature shall be provided to manage notification information

transmission.

1.6. It shall be possible to schedule the notifications.
