A successful entrepreneur will be able to reach out for opportunities. This type of entrepreneurs
engage in the business whole heartedly and fix their eyes to certain goals which they have set in the
beginning .no matter how hard is it they will fully adapt themselves to the needs of their business and
reach out for opportunities to widen their network. They work hard and smart simultaneously to
enlarge their network. Realizing how to organize is important to the business. Having the option to
associate with others and perceive organization openings can take you far as an entrepreneur. Sort
out where to go for systems administration openings and make it a highlight figure out how to be
viable.
Next, a successful entrepreneur are always flexible. They will be willing to change their routine, timing
and come out of their comfort zone and fit according to the circumstances. This quality of them will
ensure them to stay on track throughout their path. The more their flexible , the more they gain in their
business. In a specific way, you should be adaptable as a business person. Be eager to change
varying. Keep steady over your industry and be prepared to embrace changes in cycles and item as
they are required. Now and then, you additionally need to adapt in your entrepreneurship. This is a
basic contributor to critical thinking. These  two characteristics of a entrepreneur will help them
embrace success .
One of the main characteristics of successful entrepreneurs is self-motivated. In order to succeed, you
have to have the strong will and be your own motivator. You need to be able to push yourself beyond
your limit to achieve something because at the end of the day, you are the only person who can
determine your future. A successful person is only success because they're pursuing something they
want, not because someone told them to. Being a self motivated person makes them not easily give
up and keep on trying to improvise and achieve their goals. They are also good in taking criticsms,
instead of whining and taking offence, they would see it from a positive view and using it as a chance
or challenge for them to become better at what they are doing. Secondly, a successful entrepreneur is
passionate. They have intense enthusiasm towards achieving something they desire. They tend to
have a strong focus on their product or service or mission. Passionate people surround themselves
with their work and always think positively about the future, their minds are always looking
ahead, hence they are more observant in their work and they are good in finding flaws and
imperfections everything they do, so they are able to improvise the quality of their products or project
resulting to a perfect result. Passion is the key for successful entrepreneurship. Both of these
chracteristics are related to each other as you need to be passionate in order to have self motivation.
These characteristics can surely be found in the famous Malaysian entrepreneur Datuk Seri Dr.
Hasmiza binti Othman or better known as Datuk Seri Vida (https://www.facebook.com/DSVidaa/).
Datuk Seri Vida was just a regular person with a regular background, it was her passion and
motivation that got her to where she is now. She was just a regular school teacher before embarking
on her Vida Beauty business, and later expanding it into a formidable empire. Now,she is known for
establishing her own empire of cosmetics and health business Vida Beauty, and it’s famous product,

Entrepreneur can be defined as an individual who creates a new business through various platforms.
Entrepreneur is usually seen as an innovator, a source of various new and dynamic ideas in the
market scene. Hence, entrepreneurship requires the individual to possess various sets of talent and
skill in order to compete in the current era of competitive markets in order to remain relevant.
One of the characteristics or traits that make an individual a good entrepreneur is creativity. Creativity
takes a big role in marketing. For example, the presentation of the product and the advertising need to
be different and unique to stand out from the other same product so that it will win the consumers
attentions. Hence, no matter how good one product may be, if there is no creativity invested by the
entrepreneur, the product will doom to fail.
Entrepreneurship also requires any entrepreneur to have high motivation as a main characteristic.
Asoften quoted by Robert Kiyosaki, a famous entrepreneur that has written a wide range of books
regarding to financial  and businesses, “God does not deem you to be lucky or unlucky, you’re
mindset does”. In other words, entrepreneur’s mindset have to be motivated all the time whether it is
the hardest time to go through , without any motivation to sell any product, what does the
entrepreneur sells? Hence, a high motivation is required in any entrepreneur so that they will be much
more productive in their business

and Singapore. She has fronted campaigns for Dior, Lancome and Swarovski, representing
modest fashion by sitting front and centre at most fashion shows at New York, Milan and Paris
Fashion Week. [13]
She is the first Malaysian to have won the 2019 Influencer Awards at Monaco under the
Entrepreneur category on 7 October 2019. [14] Each nomination was chosen by a jury, with the
nominations coming in from all over the world.
On 8 December 2017, AirAsia appointed Neelofa as its new non-executive independent
director. Tony Fernandes, the AirAsia Group chief executive officer described Neelofa as "super
smart, young and independent". [15] She resigned as director on August 19, 2020 due to "her other
personal commitments”.[16]

Naelofar Hijab[edit]
Neelofa founded and helmed NH Prima Sdn Bhd as its director since 2014. [17] Her hijab brand,
"Naelofar Hijab" is sold in more than 37 countries including Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia,
Australia, UAE, United Kingdom and Europe.[17]
In June 2017, "Naelofar Hijab" took on new heights when it collaborated with AirAsia to design
hijab for female pilots of AirAsia and AirAsia X.[18]
In conjunction with her birthday celebration in 2018, Neelofa launched turban range, “Be Lofa
Turban” at Zouk KL.[2] She received backlash from netizens for holding her product launch in the
nightclub. The new turban line was sold out in less than 24 hours after launching. On 1 March
2018, she has issued a public statement of apology saying "I would like to sincerely apologise for
causing stress and negative sentiments on the selection of the venue." [19]

Nilofa Group[edit]
In Dec 2019, Neelofa introduced the Nilofa brand with its first product, banana milk, to the
Malaysian market under the company name Nilofa Group. An advertisement of the product
claimed that the milk would have benefits such as reducing obesity, lowering high blood
pressure, increasing metabolism rate and removing toxins from the body [22]. UK-based general
surgeon Dr Nur Amalina Che Bakri, went on to Twitter to call out Neelofa on these claims calling
them out as false-advertising.[23]
Neelofa's response was that the advertising was published by the marketing agency without the
approval of Nilofa Group. As a new company, she kept her team small and had outsourced the
marketing. The claims got the attention of Malaysia's Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia, or
Ministry of Health (KKM) to visit the factory to investigate the processes of the milk product
behind these claims. KKM found no major issues with the packaging but gave some
recommended the packaging of the product to clearly communicate the milk product as a banana
