PISTON O/H REPORT

OF M/E CYLINDER NO.5

Carried out piston O/H of M/E Cylinder No.5

• R/H : 7.750 Hours


• Condition of piston rings, some of piston rings hard tension and dirty carbon inside

Process during overhaul as follows:


1. Make sure all F.W line, Control air service and FO service in closed condition

2. Dismantled all accessories

3. Pull up Cylinder head and cleaned

4. Pull up the piston and cleaned


5. Measure piston crown

7. Cleaned stuffing box

8. Cleaned accessories, made the packing, prepare new spare part

1. Assembly new spare part, piston rings, O-rings and etc
2. Pressure test Piston Crown Lo cooling
3. Assembly piston and cross head
4. Assembly cylinder cover
5. Assembled accessories
6. Test engine
