Each of these steps can be carried out in varied priorities.
A top brand might ignore the competitor step and might have to go completely on gut instinct
to retain its customers. It doesn’t need to study its competitors, rather it needs to concentrate
more on its core strength. On the other hand, a brand which is 4th or 5th in its sector, might
have to over analyse in each step to create a strong marketing plan which targets its TG. In the
end, we come down to the one word which started this article – Information. Planning and
