How are you going to perform investigations and audits on corrupt business practices without causing
shareholder controversy?
“The auditor isn't about finding bad people its about finding bad processes before bad people can exploit them, they try
and fix policies before they become a problem that people can take advantage of, if not they could cause controversy.”

What is your plan to prevent fraudulent attacks on employment security such as the unemployment checks? “
Well, unfortunately the current state auditor hasn’t done an aught of them since 2017 which is why were in this mess in
the first place. The biggest thing for young voters as far as my race is not to look at it as a democrat vs republican, the
two philosophies, are proactive and reactive. I plan on proactively looking at the most risky agencies with the most
risky processes before there's a problem, where the current state auditor believes that it’s a post function and they
should only figure out what happened after something went wrong. So, in terms of specifically preventing ESD and
what happened in this state, whenever an agency buys a brand new multi-million dollar piece of software to control
money, we are going to reprioritize and get on top of accountability on it above that system to make sure they have
good internal controls so ultimately we are not victimized later on when those controls fail.”

What do you think is the best experience you have that you think will give you an advantage over your
opponent?
“My experience as an investigator and a public servant from the perspective of using proactive solutions instead of
using reactive solutions makes me a better fit for this office. I think the incumbent has a very dated mindset on what the
public wants out of government and I believe that as a 11 year experienced investigator my proactive mindset is going
to make this office work a lot better and prevent a lot of damage to state funds before it becomes a problem.”
