SPEAKING TASK:
1. In what ways do you try to stay healthy?

For me, taking care of our health is one of the most important works associating with the
wholesome and vigorous life or the good lifestyle. It is a variety of ways or sometimes methods
to accomplish a mean weight or just to be rosy about the grills. However, my viewpoint that the
simplest way is not to go on an strict diet or go to the gym everyday but to have a nice sleep first
by go to bed early, relax your mind, and keep yourself against stresses.

2. It is easy to keep fit where you live?

Well, actually, I’m a Ho Chi Minh City born and bred, and you may or may not know the fact
that Ho Chi Minh City has a huge number of places to eat and drink. It may be fortunate or
unfortunate for me but anyway, I live in Binh Thanh District, one of the noisy and gaudy
districts, there is like a whole world for chit and chat with besties. And if you go to the place
located on D2 Street, the thoroughfare, now called Nguyen Gia Tri Street, you may see the
overwhelming milk-tea heaven there. That why I’m still like this, I cannot have a literally diet or
exercise, I mean I’m not overweight but just not in sound.

3. What part of your lifestyle would you most like to make healthier?

For your question, I would like to say that the greatest of my life is to stay with my family, to
enjoy my mom affectionate meal. I don’t have any opportunities to live independently but it’s
not really uncomfortable, I mean I love it. By this way, I don’t have to consider and concern in
what I’m going to eat today or it is fit for human consumption. Therefore, it decreases an amount
of stress making over. Eventually, in my perspective, the way you eat commonly influences your
health and your lifestyle.
