Dear Sir,

This is in relation to the Yolanda Housing Unit, designated as Block 35 Lot 24

located at Ridgeview Park, Brgy. Cabalawan, Tacloban City, which was
awarded to me pursuant to my sworn Application Form dated 12 September
2019.

The said housing unit is located more or less two (2) kilometers from the
entrance of Ridgeview Park. Thus, I took the liberty of surveying Ridgeview
Park for other vacant and available housing units since the location of the said
awarded unit has no immediate access to public utility vehicles which right
now is really important to us since, other than my wife and four (4) children, I
am also taking care of my elderly and sickly aunt Lynna Brito who has no other
family member who can take care of. From the said survey, I found out that
Block 13 Lot 8 and Block 11 Lot 10, which are both, more or less, near the
entrance of Ridgeview Park and has immediate access to public utility vehicles,
are still vacant and available.

In this regard, I am most sincerely requesting your good Office that I be allowed
to swap or exchange the unit awarded to me (Block 35 Lot 24), with Block 13
Lot 8 (my first choice) or with Block 11 Lot 10 (my second choice), all located at
Ridgeview Park.

I attest that this request is made without any ulterior motive but in sole
consideration of the aforesaid reasons.

I sincerely pray that this request will merit your kind and prompt
consideration.
