ORDER OF FAILURE OF ADR

On February __, 2020, this Office issued an Order to

Submit Offer for Compromise Agreement directing both parties
to submit their Offer for Compromise and/or counteroffer in
this case. However, until now, Protestants and Respondents
failed to submit their comments or counteroffer on this case.

Pursuant to Section 27 of DENR Administrative Order No.

2016-30 dated 22 December 2016, failure of any party to
submit the required Offer for Amicable Settlement shall be
deemed as refusal to ADR proceedings. Accordingly, the
mandatory ADR proceeding of this case is hereby terminated.
The case is now submitted for Resolution on the merits
pursuant to the Procedure in the Investigation and Resolution
of Land Claims and Conflicts Cases1.
