SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MARITES UNABIA MAGALE, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a

resident of 095 Purok 1, De Ocampo Trece Martires, Cavite City do hereby
name, appoint and constitute, ERIC LABE MAGALE, likewise of legal age,
Filipino and a resident of Dasmarinas City, Cavite, to be my true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact, to act, for and in my stead, to do and to perform the following
acts, to wit:

1. To bring suit, prosecute and/or file all appropriate actions (whether civil,
criminal or administrative case) before the proper courts or agencies in
the Philippines, as the case maybe, against MR. PATRICK REYMON
HANDUGAN BATAC, a Filipino National, with address at 58 Gen.
Espino St. 2-4, Signal Village, Taguig City;

2. To attend hearings and/or Preliminary Conference[s], to make

stipulations, adjust claims, to settle and/or enter into Compromise
Agreement[s], and/or amicable settlement in my name and stead, to
attend mediation and pre-trial conference and perform all the provisions
mandated under Rule 18 of the Rules of Court, in connection with and
related to the case; to litigate and to terminate such proceedings;

3. To request for, claim, and receive any documents to be issued by any

document from any institutions regarding the case;

4. To sign any and all document, papers, effects, or undertaking relative to

the above-stated matter in my name; and

5. To do such any other act or thing that may be required, necessary or

incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which
this authority is hereby given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full

power and authority to do and perform any and every act, and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
