Welcome sa informative thread na 'to. Dito sa thread na 'to, matututunan mo kung

paano ka makakapag simulang mag save and invest properly kahit busy ka sa trabaho o
maliit pa lang ang kinikita mo.

Basahin mo 'to... Kung pagod ka na sa kaka attend ng seminar pero wala o maliit pa rin
ang ipon mo... Kung hanggang ngayon ay nangangapa ka sa dilim kung paano mag
sisimula at paano magtatapos kahit andami mo ng mga librong nabasa at video na
napanuod... At kung sawa ka ng mag fail kahit ilang investment na ang sinimulan mo,
kaylangan mong basahin mabuti ang thread na 'to dahil baka eto na ang solusyon sa
mga problema mo.

I want you to Imagine... paano kaya kung nakakapag save and invest ka na properly kada
buwan consistently, Ano sa tingin mo ang mangyayari sa'yo at sa fianncial life mo?

✔ Magsisimula ka na bang magkaresulta?
✔ Mabilis bang maaabot mga pangarap mo?
✔ Magkakaroon ka na ba ng quality time?

malalaman mo kung...
Bakit karamihan ng mga pinoy ay nahihirapan at nagfe-fail sa kanilang
finances. Ituturo ko din sa'yo kung ano yung pwede mong gawin para ma-
guarantee mo ang success mo.
Malalaman mo din kung paano ka magiging financial advisor sa sarili mong
savings and investments.

Ang unang bagay na gusto kong pagusapan natin ay yung mga...

Most Common PROBLEMS Na Nararanasan Ng Maraming Pinoy Freedom

Fighters

Una ay walang sistema kung paano i-manage ang kinikita kaya simot lagi.
Pangalawa: Walang Solid Financial Foundation kaya konting emergency, simot
ang ipon.
Pangatlo: Ibinibigay sa ibang tao ang desisyon kaya nabebentahan ng over
priced at underserved needs.

Eto din yung mga naging problema ko noong nagsisimula pa lang ako mag save and
invest properly. Gusto kong i-share sa'yo yung mga natuklasan ko at kung paano mo ito
sisimulan sa sarili mo ngayon mismo.

The Three Money Banks

Importante na siguraduhin mo na bawat piso na itatabi mo para sa saving and investing

ay manatili sa iyong asset column. Challenging to para sa marami na pagkatapos
bayaran ang mga bills, at gumastos araw araw sa pagkain at iba pang pangangailangan

Savings Account (10%)

Eto yung account para sa mga hindi inaasahan na emergencies or para sa mga special
opportunities na magpapaganda ng buhay mo.

Investing Account (10%)

Eto yung funds na naghahanap ng magagandang investment opportunity. Katulad ng

TEAM School Of Success, kung saan may community ka ng mga katulad mo at marami
pang materials na tutulong sa pag grow mo.

Charity or Tithing Account (10%)

As the saying goes, "Give and ye shall receive." Isa pang narinig ko ay "God doesn't need
to receive but humans do need to give." Charity is a powerful tool with many benefits to
all involved. Robert Kiyosaki said in Rich Dad Poor Dad, "If I could leave one single idea
with you, it is that idea."

Pagkatapos itabi ang 30%, yung natirang funds ay napunta sa bills. Paying ourselves
first did not mean that we spent that 30% on clothes, nice restaurants, and vacations. By
paying ourselves ay binubuo namin ang aming financial future.

Ang susi para gumana ang plano na to ay naging committed kaming gawin to sa bawat
piso na pumasok sa bahay namin. Madaling bumalik sa old habits at dumukot sa 30%
na to paminsan minsan, or sabihin na, "Kelangan talaga natin ng bagong sapatos,
laktawan muna natin yung money banks ngayon buwan." Ang magic ay nanggagaling sa
disiplina na gawin to sa bawat piso at mag stick sa plano kada buwan.

So simulan mo ng mag plano para sa financial future mo NGAYON - gumawa ka ng

plano na mag tabi galing sa kinikita mo para lang sa savings and investing, stick to the
plan, at panuorin mong lumago ang ipon mo. Habang ginagawa mo to, patuloy mo lang
i-improve ang financial education mo para mailagay mo sa tama ang pera na yan.

BONUS TIP: Kumuha ka ng lalagyan na pwedeng buksan para hindi mo kelangan palitan
kada may nakikita kang magandang investments para sa savings mo.
