contact to reach out to, generating a proposal, building value and closing the deal.
• In this position, my product was people, it was as important for me to manage my product just as much as
managing my clients, this included building a great relationship with all job seekers, helping with interview
preparation and interview etiquette.
• While speaking to clientele, whether on the phone or over email, it was highly important to use the correct
language, this role taught me how to phrase my proposals as well as using the correct terminology in
communication.

on responsibilities and creating customer acquisition on a daily basis.
● I was responsible for interviewing people on behalf of the company. My job was to build relationship with the
candidate, to assess the candidate with tasks based on their personalities and build a recommendation for the
Manager.
● I was responsible for the training and managing of individuals in the Sales and Marketing department. Means
to teach and train them all the systems we us in order to create customer acquisitions for our clients.
● By getting mentored from Managers I used the gained knowledge to coach different individuals from different
backgrounds and experience as well.
● By building a networking with Managers I was able to coach my team of over five people, to help in every
situation meaning personally or business wise. With that, I was able to build a strong team with good habits, high
standards and a good production for our clients.
● I was known for having the best attitude, creating a good atmosphere for people and having a great student
mentality.
