Addition of fractions

For the addition of fractions, we will consider two cases

CASE 1. Two fractions with the same denominator


Consider the following operation.

Where 𝑎, 𝑏 and 𝑐 are integers. The result will be a
fraction such that the denominator is 𝑏, and the
numerator is the result of the addition of 𝑎 and 𝑐.
