Relative to the record released from the Training Management System database of the
Department, the accreditation as DPWH Project Inspector I with accreditation number 5427
issued to Engr. Jonas Christian R. Quero, Engineer II of Bridges Management C1uster-UPMO
is hereby revoked effective immediately.

As such, Engr. Quero cannot be assigned to any DPWH projects as provided under Department
Order No. 115, series of 2018. Engr. Quero's accreditation will be reinstated only upon.
complying with the required criteria of the accreditation particularly paragraph (5.2), clause (c)
of Department Order No. 115, series of 2018, subject to the approval of the Accreditation
Committee.

This order supersedes all issuances issued contrary here 0 and shall take effect immediately.
