Introduction
Housed in the United in Diversity Creative Campus at Kura Kura Bali in Indonesia, Tsinghua
Southeast Asia Center (Tsinghua SEA) aims to contribute to a peaceful and prosperous
united Indonesia and region, with three harmonies aligned with the Balinese Tri Hita Karana
philosophy (harmony with people, nature and spiritual) or Chinese “Tian Di Ren He” and the
UN SDGs. Central to the mission is the need to build a sustainable natural ecosystem,
sustainable business and civil societies, as well as establishment of ecosystem for talent
development, innovation and value creation for our shared happy future.

Exclusive Plenary: Policy Lab – A framework to incentivize stakeholders for a value creation context
This session brings together experts and leaders from government, universities, business and social
organizations to co-explore how to forge policy framework to accelerate the environmental, social and
governance (ESG) disclosure aligned with the UN SDGs for generating sustainable value creation and
building up a resilient business; and how philanthropy can support education and innovation ecosystem.
We are at the beginning of a new industrial revolution, characterized by a range of new technologies that
are merging the capabilities of humans and the machines. Join this session also to explore how we jointly
can forge a new narrative of policy and legal system for good governance, proper regulation, and
adaptability of the law, which need to be the crux of the approach to address the holistic challenges facing
Industry 4.0.
Roundtable 3: The Future of E-Governance - Securing good governance in the Fourth Industrial
Revolution
Transforming governance in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution calls for re-imagining the delivery
of government and legal services as an integrated system. This discussion looks to co-create the elements
of a transparent and technology inspired e-governance system as well as the path to its adoptions.
