Discuss the environmental scanning, task ennvironment, social environmental scanning, internal
strength.

Answer:

Environmental scanning

This an activity in which we are to gather any related information that are usable for our organization.
The acquired information from both internal and external environment will be used in making decisions
and strategies. The main purpose is, we use these scanned information to gain advantage, profit, or any
benifits we can yield from it.

Task Environment

I think this refers to any factors, inside and outside the organization that holds a great influence on
organization's plans ans movements and in return can also be affected by the organization. It usually
consists of entities and people the organization owes to, the people with authorities and shares of
ownership in the organization and many more.

Social Environment Scanning

This may refer to the factors that can affect an organization's long term decisions. I think it can be also
related to the change in current social status or trends in the business.

Internal Strength

It is the measurements of the organization internal capabilities. This involves how well they perform and
adapt, their capacity to spend resources, and the strategies they have. Note that this strength has it's
limit of influences such as factors that cannot be controlled by the organization.
