It has come to the attention of the distinguished members of this Sanggunian that the daily
operations of Anilson Packaging Solutions, Inc. have caused undue discomfort to nearby
residents due to the excessive noise emanating from the company’s plant at Purok School Site,
Barangay Langtad, City of Naga, Cebu

In this regard, the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) Committee on Environment and Natural
Resources and Energy Management, chaired by the undersigned, is inviting you to join in the
committee meeting on August 12, 2020 (Wednesday), 9 a.m. at SP Conference Room,
Legislative Building, East Poblacion, City of Naga, Cebu, to shed light on this matter.

Moreover, the purpose of the meeting is to control the level of noise pollution, and eliminate
the exposure of local residents to the harmful physiological and psychological effects of this
public nuisance.
