industries functions. However, when it comes to giving ideas or making decisions, it will
limit the employees ' freedoms. In addition, Jack Ma has turned his style into a managerial
style. This has constructed up strong allegiance as well as employee motivation. The style
that Jack Ma most likely used throughout his career to manage the Alibaba group is the
persuasive style after a lengthy span of leadership experience. Moreover, the manager
makes the final choice. Decisions try to take into consideration the employees ' best
interests, but also concentrate on the company. This sort of management style often leads
to employee allegiance included in decision-making processes, but those left out are more
likely to move forward. It can also result in staff being dependent on the leader (Lake,
2016). This means that operating this type of management style in a fast food chain
business is inappropriate to used. Moreover, the Persuasive Style of management has no
significant effect on the productivity of employees. It means that when implementing
persuasive approach, employee productivity would not increase (Basit, Hassan &
Sebastian, 2017).
Several studies have pointed out that Persuasive Management Style
suggested that one individual settles on each of the decisions or choices to the Work
Productivity of the employees. However, others claimed that there is much to learn on how
Persuasive Management Style can affect the productivity and several researchers have also
claimed and supported this in which to boost the employee’s job performance for selected
workers in the industry. Based on performance and making staffs more comfortable with

rely on the business. This will help researcher verify the arguments and further elucidate
the different style management style used. This will provide research insight into which
management style produces better performance in the test, and this will allow researcher
to gain an understanding of different management styles. The purpose of this study is to
determine the significant difference between Persuasive Management and Levels of
selected employees on selected fast food chain.
The similarities of these studies are all about settle on manager decision and
employee participation and the precondition for workers to engage in organizational
operations yet emphasis on the business as well. This form of management style also
results in employee loyalty included in decision-making processes. Suggested that
decisions need to be made as quickly and decisively as possible Also, the differences are it
will limit the employees’ freedom and highly dissatisfied.
