In a quick service restaurant it should have a person who is responsible enough in terms in

managing their employees. In a fast food industry, quick decision making is required for
having a smooth flow of services in business. According to Aquino (2015), regardless of
how large or small a business is, it has to be managed efficiently and effectively to make the
employees even more productive and satisfied with their tasks. The study seeks to find out
what management styles are being injected by the supervisors and executives of chosen
cooperatives in San Miguel Bulacan, one of the fast-pacing cities in the center of one of the
Philippines ' largest counties. As a result, a management interaction characteristic of the
manager to his/her subordinates affects to the satisfaction and productivity of the
employees.
Management style, such as promoting other employees to work on
challenging tasks, would motivate employees to do their utmost because the worker would
think that the manager helps them in their career development (Stephen, 2014). The next
section presents the literature review concerning previous research study relating to
persuasive and democratic management style to the level of employees productivity. It also
justifies the related links between both variables.
