MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE

REGION 1 MEDICAL CENTER MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE is located at

R1MC Compound, Arellano St., Brgy. Pantal, Dagupan City, Pangasinan and was founded
on October 24, 1995. It is a CDA Registered Cooperative with a Registration # 9520-
01016064 that aims to provide a quality lifestyle to it’s constituents. Through this
cooperative, members will receive an annual income aside from the salary they received
monthly. For the past years, their source of income for the cooperative is only a one
Convenience Store inside the hospital premises. Last year, 2016, they build a food court
wherein qualified members who are willing and able to rent out a space for a stall may do so.
All the income of their food stall is theirs and the overall monthly rental is accumulated and
distributed to the members annually.

MISSION:

The Region 1 Medical Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative Organization is

responsive to the needs of its members, providing competitive products and services.

VISION:

The Region 1 Medical Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative Organization is

committed to promote quality standard of living among its members and the
community.

The Region 1 Medical Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative invited all interested

legitimate members for at least two (2) years to participate for the operation of canteen stalls
located adjacent to the R1MC Coop 7/12 Convenience Store. A Letter of Intent were
submitted by the admiring stall owners to the Cooperative Chairman, ALdrin L. Bigay,
RMT, MPH.
