    About the Institute

    College of Engineering Trivandrum was established in the year 1939.


    AICTE Sponsored It is the first and the most sought-after
    after engineering college in Kerala
    Faculty Development Program State. With 8 UG and 28 PG programmes, the college plays a
    pioneering role in engineering education in the Kerala St
    State.

    Ethics, Moral Values, Behavioural Science The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering is an
    important research centre under Kerala Technological University and
    & Attitude has taken up many research projects under the guidance of eminent
    12-16 October 2020 professors of the department.

    About the Program

    Faculty is the cornerstone of any institution. When they perform and


    lead by example, holistic transformation and growth echoes through
    the organization. Inspired leaders know the ‘why’ of the existence of
    the organization
    anization and the ‘how’ of achieving the desired goal is driven
    by the core values they practice. Ethics, Moral Values, Behavioural
    Science & Attitude program for the faculty make them inspirational
    leaders and this will help to infuse excellence in their organization.
    The program provides simple tenets to living life without stress. It
    combines training on basic life skills such as stress management,
    positive thinking, attitude change with yoga and pranayama. All these
    are taught through a variety of group activities and interactive
    presentations. The program helps in understanding the human psyche,
    understanding the self and most importantly offers sutras to being
    an inspirational mentor.
