PETITION

COMES NOW, the petitioner, before the Honorable Office of the

Bar Confidant, most respectfully states that:

1. She is a Filipino Citizen, of legal age, having been born on July

24, 1992, single and a resident of Manggahan, Pasig City, with
mobile number 09153015021;

2. She was admitted to the Bar last June 4, 2018 and is registered
at the IBP Quezon City chapter;

3. She was employed with the Philippine Navy as an

Organizational Researcher for the period January 2018-
December 2019 and was assigned at the Naval Installation
Command, Sangley Point, Cavite City. Attached as Annex “A”
is a machine photocopy of her contract of employment;

4. After the employment with the Philippine Navy, petitioner

processed her application to a government office with a lawyer
position, while working at a private school, Clarion School
International, part-time, hence requiring her to be at school,
during office hours;

5. Petitioner conscientiously tried hard to render community legal

aid services on weekends, mostly through legal missions, some
of which were not even credited since others where conducted
outside Quezon City;

6. Due to her work location, full compliance with the required 120
hours of community legal aid to be accredited at her local
chapter, Quezon City was difficult;

7. Given more time, petitioner is very willing to fully render the
required remaining hours for Community Legal Aid Services.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed of this Honorable

Office to grant the petitioner appropriate extension period for the
compliance of the remaining hours required for the Community
Legal Aid Services.
