MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Highlight major regulatory non-compliance to senior leadership/regional commercial EHS manager with
•
suggestion/recommendation
• Ensure that all data provided for fleet safety performance are accurate
• Ensure monthly/quarterly fleet safety performance are submitted through the QuickBase timely
• Ensure that all crashes and injuries are reported timely and classified accordingly
• Ensure that all injuries or significant injuries are investigated in detail, provided with true root cause and collectively work on
the preventive measures with stakeholder
• Analyzed crashes and injuries data and provide action plan to address the gaps
• Engage, keep leadership aware of EHS performance and assist leadership in communication/ drive
• Ensure quarterly energy and waste data collected from sites are correct and submitted timely
• Ensure that all RCE EHS checklist are raised and closed timely (Raise Capital Expense)
• Establish a training matric for all new, current employees and ensure that training are completed timely
• Understand Abbott EHS management (8) and technical standards (30)
• Roll out key standards, program and procedure across Vietnam for Occupational Health for 2019
• Must be able to work on Ad Hoc EHS activities

Well verse with Vietnam EHS regulation
