PM Roles
Working with the National Account Manager and Operations Manager assists with
facilitation of regular performance reviews with all key stakeholders. Acts as
liaison between client, Sales, COEs, Field Delivery Teams, and Business Partners
when reviewing and revising key Program elements.
Ensure efficient and effective O&M for existing infrastructure and systems during
the modernization effort
Review and approve all earned value, Estimate To Complete, Funds and Man-hour
Expenditure Report, or other financial reports as appropriate
Review and approve all Estimate To Complete, Funds and Man-hour Expenditure Report,
or other financial reports as appropriate
Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate budgets for the same
