2 ergonomic hazards found.

 MOPPING OF FLOOR
Ergonomic Hazard: 1) When I push and pull the mop in an awkward posture specially if the
mop is too short, it causes backpains.
2) Also, when I squeeze the mop after being washed in the water, I
exerted some force which contributes to the back pain because of the
weight of the mop being lifted.

 BUYING OF DRINKING WATER (I lived in the 3rd floor of the building.)


Ergonomic Hazard: 1) Lifting the jug filled with water while walking in the stairs, can cause
back pains.
2) Accidentally tripping in the stairs while carrying the water jug
can cause injury.

 COOKING IN A “SUPERKALAN” ON THE KITCHEN TABLE


Ergonomic Hazard: 1) Going near the pot on top of the “superkalan” to see if the food is
cooked or not can cause some injury specially when frying.
2) The stove may fall while cooking and can cause burns on the person
is cooking.

 INSTALLING BULB LIGHT


Ergonomic Hazard: 1) Using of chair while installing the bulb, which is an overhead work can
cause backpain.
2) Can cause accident when the chair is slipped from the floor.

 CLEANING OF THE COMFORT ROOM


Ergonomic Hazard: 1) Can be slipped in the floor when the soap on the floor is not properly
washed out from the floor.
2) Improper positioning of the shampoo bottles can cause injury when it
fell from where it is located to the head of the person.
